ANYTIME EXCHANGE AND 30 DAY REFUND POLICY

A full Refund will be offered to all customers in possession of a valid, original receipt, provided the merchandise is returned unworn or unused, with original tags still attached, within 30 days.

An Exchange or Credit Note will be issued to all customers in possession of a valid, original receipt, provided the merchandise is returned unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached, anytime.

If an item is found to be faulty, a Refund, Credit Note or Exchange will be issued to all customers in possession of a valid, original receipt, provided the merchandise is returned unworn or unused, with the original tags still attached.

Refunds will be made according to the method of payment at the time of purchase. Where the purchase was made by a Debit or Credit card, the refund will be made to this card provided the cardholder is present and in possession of the card otherwise an Exchange pr Credit note will be issued.

We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges on Undergarments, Swimwear, Jewellery, Cosmetics, Fashion Accessories and Toys. This list is not exhaustive and does not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to refuse a Refund or Exchange for items that are not in a re-saleable condition.
